A. As Christians, by the Lord’s mercy we must be at the point where we are not only doing these things but be in the reality of touching and experiencing Christ in a living way day by day.
问：对基督徒来说，只要研究基督，为祂作事，而来事奉祂，难道不就够吗？
答：我们基督徒必须靠着主的怜悯被带到一个地步，不再完全为基督作什么；反而天天很活的活在接触基督并经历基督的实际里。
3) Q. As a Christian, why is it important to live a life of touching and experiencing Christ?
A. In the Bible we can see that the ultimate goal or objective of our Christian walk is Christ. The reality and central point of the Christian life is simply Christ Himself.

4) Q. How important is spending time with the Lord in the morning in my Christian life?
A. Spending an adequate time with the Lord allows Him to work a great change in us. Our experience of Christ will be deepened and our influence toward others will be great.

答：花相当的时间与主同在会让主在我们里面作出一个大的改变来。我们对基督的经历会更深刻，最终对人的影响会更有效。
5) Q. What should I do during my time with the Lord?
A. We can first begin by offering a short prayer to Him. Then we can open and read our Bible. While we are reading, we can respond to the Lord by praying with the words we are reading.
问：在与主同在的时间里，我该作些什么呢？
答：我们开头，先自然的向主献上短的祷告，然后，打开我们的圣经，开始读它。当我们读的时候，就着所读的圣经自然的向主有响应。
6) Q. Why should I use the Bible during my time with the Lord in the morning?
A. In the New Testament the Lord Jesus speaks of God’s Word as spiritual food. But the Bible is not only for us to learn but more for us to eat, to enjoy and to digest.
问：在早上与主同在的时间里，为什么我该使用圣经呢？
答：在新约中，主耶稣说到神的话是属灵的食物。圣经不仅是要给我们学习，更是要我们去吃，去享受，并且去消化。
7) Q. How can I eat, enjoy and digest the Word of God?
A. The right way is not just to study or learn, but to contact the Word by exercising our spirit to pray-read. By this kind of prayer all the riches of Christ will be brought to us.

答：正确的途径不是只去研究或学习，而是借着运用我们的灵祷读来接触神的话。借着这种的祷告，基督所有的丰富将作到我们里面。
8) Q. How can I experience and contact Christ when He is in the heavens and I am on earth?
A. 2 Cor. 3:17 shows that Christ is the Spirit. Since He has become the Spirit, He has entered into every Christian and is now so available for us to contact, experience, and enjoy.
问：基督在天上，而我在地上，我怎么能经历并接触祂呢？
答：哥林多后书三章十七节给我们看见，基督是那灵。因为耶稣已经成了那灵，并且已经进入每一位基督徒的里面，现今祂对我们非常便利；我们很容易接触祂、经历祂并且享受祂。
9) Q. What do I do in order to maintain fellowship with the Lord throughout the day?
A. Our experience of the Lord should be constant and life giving. To practice this we do not need to keep certain rules, forms, rituals, or regulations but rather to call upon the Lord from deep within.
问：要终日维持与主的交通，我该作什么呢？
答：我们对主的经历必须是持久而且是给人生命的。这样的实行，不需要我们持守一些规则、形式、仪文和条例，而是从里面深处呼求主。
10) Q. What will happen when I practice calling on His name throughout the day?
A. Daily as we breathe in the Lord by calling “O Lord” or “Amen!” or “Hallelujah!” The more we will taste the sweetness and reality of Christ Himself.
问：如果我终日操练呼求主名，有什么事会发生呢？
答：每天当我们借着呼喊“哦，主”、“阿们”、“阿利路亚” 吸入主时，我们就要更多尝到基督自己的甜美与实际。
