1. Q. I have heard a lot of talk about the group meetings. Why are they so important?
A. The group meetings should constitute eighty percent of the church life. The gospel preaching, the nourishing, the cherishing, the feeding, and the perfecting should be done in the groups.

答：排聚集应当构成召会生活的百分之八十。传福音、保养、顾惜、喂养以及成全，都应当在排里作。
2. Q. The way we start our meeting is important. How can our group get started organically and spontaneously?
A. The group meeting can be started very spontaneously by speaking, praising, or singing.
问：我们开始聚会的方式是很重要的。如何使我们的聚会能生机并自然的开始呢？
答：我们可以借着讲说、赞美并歌唱，很自然的开始排聚会。
3. Q. Whenever I come together with others, it is hard for me to say something from my spirit. What should I do?
A. Ephesians 5:18 tells us to be filled in spirit. We should be filled with the Triune God, who is today the all-inclusive Spirit to us. When we are filled within, surely we will utter something out from our spirit.
问：每当与别人来到一起时，我很难从灵里说出话来。我该作些什么呢？
答：以弗所五章十八节告诉我们，要在灵里被充满。我们应当被三一神充满，祂今天对我们乃是那包罗万有的灵。我们里面被充满，就必定会从我们灵里说出话来。
4. Q. Many times I wait until I get to the meeting before I start singing any hymns. Is this ok?
A. We need to speak and sing these psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs long before coming to the meeting. Even in our home, it is very good to be speaking and singing.
问：许多次我一直等到了聚会才开始唱诗歌。这样可以吗？
答：我们需要在来聚会以前，很早就讲说并歌唱这些诗章、颂辞、和灵歌。甚至在我们家里，常常讲说并歌唱是很好的。
5. Q. In the small group meeting, why is it important to be filled in spirit and to know when to start the meeting?
A. If we are filled in spirit, we will have something to utter. The small group meeting may begin at 7:30 p.m., but if a couple begins to sing at dinnertime, around 6:00 p.m., the small group meeting will have already begun.
问：在小排聚会中，为什么被灵充满并且知道何时开始聚会很重要的呢？
答：我们若是在灵里被充满，就会有话要发表。小排聚会可能是晚上七点半开始，但若有一对夫妇在六点左右吃晚餐的时候开始唱诗，小排聚会就早已经开始了。
6. Q. If a couple is attending a small group meeting, how can they encourage one another to be filled in spirit?
A. The husband may say, “This is my story, this is my song, praising my Savior….” Then the wife may respond with, “All the day long”.
问：如果一对夫妇参加小排聚会，他们如何能彼此激励而被那灵充满呢？
答：作丈夫的可以说，‘这是我见证，是我诗歌，赞美我救主…。’作妻子的可以响应着说，‘终日欢乐。’
7. Q. Sometimes I go to the meetings and I’m the first one there. When this happens what should I do?
A. If I go to the meeting place and no one else has arrived, I should not sit quietly and wait for others to arrive. I should begin to speak, pray, or sing. At least I have an angel with me, so I am not alone.
问：有时我去聚会并且第一个到那里。这时我该作些什么呢？
答：当我到了聚会的地方，如果没有人先到，我不该静坐等别人来。我应当开始说话、祷告、或唱诗。至少我有一位天使和我在一起，我不是单独一人。
8. Q. From the Bible, can we find any examples of what goes on in the small group meetings?
A. By considering the Word, we can see that there was much fellowship, interceding for one another, mutual care, and shepherding.
问：从圣经中，我们能找到一些小排聚会如何进行的例证吗？
答：我们思考圣经的话，就能看见，在排聚会里有很多的交通，彼此的代祷，互相的照顾和牧养。
9. Q. In our small group meetings, why is the fellowship so important?
A. The fellowship brings the awareness of one another’s condition and situation. This will lead into prayer for one another. This will then cause us to go to one another to render a mutual care.
问：在我们的小排聚会中，为什么交通如此重要？
答：交通使大家知道彼此的光景和情形；这会使我们彼此代祷，然后彼此看望，互相照顾。
10. Q. I feel like I cannot teach in the small group meetings. Is teaching only for those who are more experienced?
A. For the perfecting of the saints, there is the need of teaching in the group meetings, and in the group meetings all are teachers. There should not be a particular teacher. Even one who was saved two weeks ago can be a little teacher.
问：我觉得我不会在小排聚会里教导。教导只是那些较有经历的人做的吗？
答：要成全圣徒，就需要在排聚会里有教导，而在排聚会里人人都是教师，不该有特定的教师。甚至两周前刚得救的人，也能作一个小教师。
