1) Q. I want to speak more and enjoy the meetings more, but do I really have to know the hymns?
A. If we desire to be the speaking ones in the meetings, we have to know the hymns. In order for us
to enrich, strengthen, enliven, refresh, and uplift our meetings, we need to use the hymns.
问：我想更多地说话并更享受聚会，但我真的必须认识诗歌吗？
答：我们若渴慕在聚会中作说话者，就必须认识诗歌。我们要使聚会丰富、加强、有活力、新鲜并拔高，就需要用诗歌。
2) Q. In the meetings, it is hard for me to find a verse in the Bible to share with the saints. What
should I do?
A. Many times we may not be able to find a verse or some verses in the Bible to meet the real need in
the meeting, but we can easily find a hymn to meet the need. This is why we have to know the hymns.
问：在聚会中，要找一节圣经来分享给圣徒们，对我来说很难。我该怎么作呢？
答：许多时候，我们可能找不出一节圣经或几节圣经来应付聚会实际的需要，但我们能很容易的找到一首诗歌来应付需要。这就是为什么我们必须认识诗歌。
3) Q. I want the meetings to be uplifted, enlivened and refreshed. How should I use the hymns to
help?
A. If we use the hymns adequately and properly in our meetings, they will be uplifted, enlivened, and
refreshed. But we have to do everything in a living way, not in a legal way. Legality brings in death
and deadness.
问：我想让聚会拔高、有活力、并且新鲜。我该如何使用诗歌来帮助呢？
答：我们若在聚会中充分并合宜的使用诗歌，聚会就会拔高、有活力、并且新鲜。但我们必须用活的方式，而不是用规条的方式，来作每一件事。规条带进死亡和死沉。
4) Q. There are a lot of good hymns that we can sing, but how do we know all of them?
A. To know the hymns we have to know some of the crucial points of the contents of the hymns. First,
we must know some of the hymns on the blessing and experience of the Triune God.
问：有很多好的诗歌我们都会唱，但是我们如何认识所有的诗歌？
答：我们要认识诗歌，必须先知道诗歌目录的一些重要点。首先，我们必须认识对三一神的颂赞和经历的一些诗歌。
5) Q. In addition to knowing hymns on the Triune God, what other hymns do we need to know?
A. We also need to know the hymns on the crucial points of the inner life, the church, the assurance
of salvation, consecration, and comfort in trials. Hymn #720 is a good hymn in this section.

6) Q. It seems that there are many categories of hymns. Are there other categories that I need to
know?
A. We also need to know the hymns on the crucial points of spiritual warfare, the gospel, the
meetings, the hope of glory, and the ultimate manifestation. Hymn #948 and #949 are excellent hymns
concerning Christ as the hope of glory, and #972 is a very good hymn on the ultimate manifestation.
问：好像有好多类别的诗歌。我还需要认识其他类的诗歌吗？
答：我们也需要认识关于属灵的争战、福音、聚会、荣耀的盼望、和终极的显出这些重点的诗歌。诗歌七百六十四首和七百六十三首是关于基督是荣耀的盼望的绝佳诗歌，七百六十八首是一首关于终极的显出非常好的诗歌。
7) Q. Most of the hymns were written according to different standards. Why is this important?
A. In order to know the hymns, we must know the standard of the hymns. Some hymns are of a low
standard, others are of a higher standard, and others are of the very highest standard.

8) Q. I would rather read the Bible than sing in the meetings. What does the Bible say about hymn
singing?
A. Ephesians 5:18-19 says, “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissoluteness, but be filled
in spirit, Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and psalming with
your heart to the Lord. ”
问：在聚会中我宁愿读圣经而不是唱诗歌。圣经对于唱诗是怎么说的?
答：以弗所五章十八至十九节说，“不要醉酒，醉酒使人放荡，乃要在灵里被充满，用诗章、颂辞、灵歌，彼此对说，从心中向主歌唱、颂咏。”
9) Q. The Bible says that we can be filled in spirit by singing, but what are we to be filled with?
A. We are to be filled with the Triune God as the all-inclusive, consummated Spirit in our spirit.
This filling occurs, not by our speaking in the common, worldly language, but by speaking to one
another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.
问：圣经说借着唱诗我们可以在灵里被充满，但我们是被什么所充满呢？
答：我们必须在灵里，被三一神这位包罗万有、终极的灵所充满。这种充满的发生，不是借着说平常、世俗的言语，而是借着以诗章、颂辞、灵歌，彼此对说。
10) Q. Since singing hymns is a way to be filled in spirit, how do I become filled with the Spirit?
A. You need to exercise your spirit. When you exercise your spirit and use your spirit, the Holy
Spirit will fill your spirit.
问：既然唱诗是一条在灵里被充满的路，那我如何能被那灵充满呢？
答：你要操练你的灵！当你操练你的灵、用灵的时候，圣灵就要充满你的灵。
