1) Q. If I am a Christian, where should I be and what kind of person should I become?
A. A proper Christian should be vital. To be vital means to be living and active. Since I am a man, I must believe into Christ. If I am a Christian, I must be in the recovery. If I am in the recovery, I must be vital.
问：如果我是一个基督徒，我应该在哪里，应该成为哪种人？
答：正当的基督徒应当是有活力的。有活力，意思是活的，也是活动的。作人，就必须信入基督。作基督徒，就必须在主的恢复里。在主的恢复里，就必须有活力。
2) Q. I thought that it is enough for a Christian to be living. Is there something more?
A. Spiritually speaking, we may be living but we are not vital because we are not living and full of activities. To be vital is to be living and very active, full of activities.
问：我认为基督徒是活的就够了，还有其他什么讲究吗？
答：就属灵上说，我们也许是活的，但我们不是有活力的，因为我们不是活而满了活动的。有活力就是活而满了活动。
3) Q. What is the first step I should take in order to be vital?
A. In order to be vital, we first must have a thorough fellowship with the Lord. Then that fellowship will bring us into a kind of realization that we are totally sinful.
问：要有活力，我第一步应该做的是什么？
答：我们要有活力，首先必须与主有透彻的交通。这交通会使我们看见自己完全是有罪的。
4) Q. Once I have a thorough fellowship with the Lord, what should happen next?
A. We will be brought into a thorough confession of our sins. Spontaneously, we will re-consecrate ourselves. We will pray, “Lord, now I would like to consecrate myself to you anew.”
问：一旦我与主有了透彻的交通，接下来会发生什么事呢？
答：我们会有彻底的认罪。自然而然的，我们会再次奉献自己。我们会祷告说，“主阿，现在我愿意把自己重新奉献给你。”
5) Q. What happens when we pass through the stages of fellowship, confession and consecration?
A. When we passed through the stages of fellowship, confession, and consecration, we enter into a prayer life. It is in this prayer life that we pray ourselves into the Spirit.
问：当我们经过交通、认罪和奉献这几步，会有什么事发生呢？
答：当我们经过交通、认罪和奉献这几步，就进入祷告的生活。乃是在这祷告的生活里，我们把自己祷告到那灵里。
6) Q. If I can have close, intimate and thorough fellowship with the Lord, isn’t this enough?
A. We need to have close, intimate, and thorough fellowship with the Lord and with the seeking saints. To fellowship only with the Lord is inadequate. We must also be in fellowship with the saints.
问：如果我与主有亲近、亲密且彻底的交通，这还是不够吗？
答：我们必须与主并与有心寻求的圣徒，有亲近、亲密且彻底的交通。只与主有交通是不够的，我们也必须与圣徒有交通。
7) Q. I know that I need companions to pursue the Lord, but how do I get them?
A. We need to get companions with whom we can labor. According to the example in the Bible, Daniel had three companions. Do not ask the elders to give them to you. Ask the Lord to lead you to someone.
问：我知道我需要同伴来追求主，但我如何才能得着他们？
答：我们必须得着能一同劳苦的同伴。按照圣经里的榜样，但以理有三个同伴。不要叫长老把同伴给你们。要求主引导你到一个人那里。
8) Q. Once I become vitalized, how can I sustain this vitality?
A. Once you get vitalized, you will have the deep sensation that you need companions. Then you need to follow the Lord’s leading to gain some to join you to be a group.
问：一旦我有活力了，如何维持这样的活力呢？
答：你一旦有活力了，就会有深的感觉，你需要同伴。然后你必须跟从主的引导，去得着一些人加入你而成为一排。
9) Q. Once I get together with companions, what is the first thing we should do?
A. We cannot do anything without prayer. We need to be blended together by thorough and much prayer so that we can go out dynamically. We have to pray for our blending and for our dynamic activities.
问：一旦我和同伴在一起，我们该做的首要的事是什么？
答：若没有祷告，我们不能作什么。我们需要借着彻底且多多的祷告调在一起，使我们能有能力地出去。我们必须为着我们的调和并我们有能力的活动祷告。
10) Q. As I go on in my Christian life, is it possible to be living and not vital?
A. You may be a living person, but if you do not know how to take an action, you are not vital. Children from the ages of five to seven are vital because they are not only living but full of activities.
问：当我在基督徒生活中往前时，我有可能是活的却没有活力吗？
答：你也许是一个活的人，但如果你不知道如何活动，你就不是有活力的。五至七岁的儿童是有活力的，因为他们不只是活的，且满了活动。
